Our fees are competitive and are based on your procedural time, no pre- and post-operative anesthesia time is added to our rate. Our rate includes everything needed to provide anesthesia in your office. We are happy to come and talk to you about our amazing service.
Per the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners, dentists require a permit to be able to offer anesthesia services in their office. Do you currently have a 1301, 1302, or 1303 permit? Then you can schedule our services immediately.
If you don’t currently have an anesthesia permit, no problem. The new 1304 permit is quick and simple, and allows a dentist to hire a CRNA/Anesthesiologist to work in their office. We will walk you through the steps of the permit process. We can come to your office during lunch or at the end of your business day to help you complete the application. We offer an Arizona State Board of Dental Examiner’s approved advanced airway management course, which satisfies the continuing education portion for this permit. We offer this free for any dentists that would like to work with us.
(We do not currently offer general anesthesia, requiring intubation or LMA placement, in any office setting at this time. Our IV anesthesia/sedation is deep enough for almost any procedure and our patients are very comfortable and satisfied.)
